Having earned her position as our Lead Stylist, each of Heather’s clients are charmed by her insatiable passion for all things hair! Armed with a Kevin Murphy Session stylist degree, she specialises in perfecting your special occasion look, including the most precious of all: wedding day hair. When she's not conjuring hair sorcery in the Romina Daniel salon, you'll spot Heather scouring YouTube for new techniques or unleashing her other artistic skill by swapping the scissors for a paintbrush. Laura Joly - Senior Stylist
Laura began her journey as a hairdresser nine years ago in France. She dedicated four years to studying at a reputable school before embarking on a career in styling. Now armed with experience and expertise, Laura approaches her craft with a true affinity for communication. Understanding your needs, she says, is essential. However, she is most driven by a clear desire to promote clients’ natural beauty and healthy hair. Outside of work, she embraces her passion for travel, music, sports, and nature.

Hannah Grogan - Senior Stylist
Perhaps our bubbliest senior stylist, Hannah combines her infectious personality with innovative thinking to bring clients' dreams to life. Hannah crafts personalised hairdos that perfectly match each person's style and desires, creating a welcoming atmosphere where clients feel truly understood. Her journey began at Athena Hair Studio, igniting her passion for hairdressing. She honed her skills at Foundation Hair Salon, even competing in I.H.F hair showdowns. Joining the I.H.F Star team and training at the Wella Studio expanded her expertise. Hannah's unique style led her to the prestigious Sebastian CULT Team. After the pandemic, she returned to Athena and had a successful stint at Audace Hair Studio before making it to Romina Daniel. Beyond the salon, she finds solace in nature, embracing seaside serenity and maintaining her physical fitness. Hannah's adventurous spirit and commitment to pushing boundaries define her.

From creating impeccable fashion show styles to working her magic on glamorous photoshoots, Tracey has done it all. To top it off, she’s even gone head-to-head in fierce competitions, building an expertise that she passes on to the Romina Daniel team every day. With over 13 years of experience, Chloe's passion for hair began during her school years and led her to work in prestigious salons in Dublin City center, including Peter Mark, where she honed her skills for four years. Specialising in baby lights, highlights, and balayage, Chloe's main goal is to help people feel beautiful and confident. When she's not transforming hair, Chloe enjoys embarking on exciting adventures, going on vacations, and continuously learning new skills.

Now qualified in all aspects of beauty, Elle’s latest obsession is brow lamination and lashlifts (which she has become pretty expert at)!
